After ten years of active creative work in one of the most successful advertising agencies in the Czech Republic, Libor Korman co-founded a creative post-production studio called COMMANDO in 2001 with Leo Burnett Prague.

Here he has the chance to experience the growth of the company from its very beginning. He gathers experience with the recruitment of talents who are to form the managerial core of a newly emerging company. New employees are guided to personal responsibility and a creative approach, which they successfully apply to the growing company.

After completing his business management experience, Libor Korman sells his company share in Command in 2010 and in the same year begins to devote himself fully to spreading creativity and establishes Kormanworkshops, a creative motivational platform for unblocking creativity.

Since 2016, he has been lecturing creative thinking and marketing at the Prague School of Creative Communication.

The goal of Kormanworkshops is to awaken, understand and unblock creativity. Growth and success are inherent parts of corporate culture and are often conditioned by an overall creative approach. Both in personal and corporate life, if we want to achieve extraordinaryness, it is essential to first see things differently, and then to do things differently than others. We begin by letting go of schemas, which takes courage.

We must not fear chance, which is often more intelligent than ourselves. This commitment induces relaxation, inner freedom in us and becomes the right prerequisite for unique new solutions. If the corporate culture becomes a culture of creativity, it automatically attracts new talent.
